Quick Facts about me:

• Currently coaching the throwers at Chenango Valley High School.
• Had previous stops at Cicero North Syracuse, Chenango Forks and collegiately at Hartwick College where I coached shot put, discus, hammer and javelin.
• Competed in both shot put ( threw over 60 feet) and discus (threw over 180 feet) in high school.
• Received multiple scholarship offers for track & field but chose to accept a football scholarship to the University of Alabama.
• Won (2) gold medals (Shot put & Discus) in the Empire State Games.
• Very passionate about teaching proper techniques for shot put & discus.

Why

I started the academy to offer athletes an opportunity to receive high level technical coaching that help them reach their fullest potential. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity in the area of track & field that I believe athletes are missing out on. My goal is to help shine a spotlight on track & field and get more athletes involved and excited about it!
